The Formation of a Symbiotic Relationship

As we floated around in this cytoplasm we call a world,
We collided into each other, much like moledulces do.
We each went blindly around the street corner
And ended up sprawled on the sidewalk.
I suppose it could be called the Big Bang.
Instead of bouncing away in separate directions,
We immediately formed a bond.
Your theory was that we were well matched,
So, as an experiment, we went on a date.
Our personalities may have differed, but it was as the maxim goes:
Opposites attract.
I am happy to say that in our conclusion,
We found your hypothesis true.
From there, our relationship evolved.
The days we spent together quickly multiplied as our love grew.
I wouldn't be able to survive if we were separated.
You complete me as I do you.
Let's face the big bad world together, fighting off all the predators out there.
I don't want other people to mistake you for prey,
So I have devised a simple solution.
Marry me?
